Ryan Roberson Helps Power Erie to Win Over Defenders

Erie beat Connecticut 7-4 and it was Ryan Roberson who led the way at the plate.  He went two for four and one of those hits was a big three run blast that put Erie on the board.  Casper Wells also had a nice game and he went two for five with a homerun, two RBIs and a run. 

Josh Rainwater improved to 10-6 with a solid start.  He gave up three runs on five hits and four walks with a strikeout in 6 2/3 innings.
