by @ 11:31 pm. Filed under Andres Torres, Corey Hamman, Jeremy Johnson, Joel Zumaya, Timo Perez, Toledo Mud Hens - August 2007

Three different Mud Hens pitchers combined to give up five runs in the bottom of the seventh inning as they lost to Norfolk 5-2.  Corey Hamman took the loss but he had a solid outing.  He gave up just one run on five hits with a strikeout in six innings.  Jeremy Johnson was the one who got tagged with the most damage as he was credited with three of the five runs.  Joel Zumaya made his first rehab appearance.  He gave up a hit and struck out one in 2/3 of an inning.

Timo Perez provided the offense with a two run homer, his thirteenth of the season.  Andres Torres went two for three with a walk.
