The Hens and Richmond finished up a rain shortened game which Toledo won and then played their regular game, which turned out to be a loss.  In the first partial game, Andres Torres had three hits and Erick Almonte singled twice and drove in three runs to lead the way to Toledo in the 7-4 win.  Anastacio Martinez improved to 3-5 with the win with five shutout innings.  He gave up two hits and four walks with four strikeouts.

In the second game, the Hens went into the ninth down 3-2 and tied it on Jack Hannahan’s RBI single but Vic Darensbourg gave up a run in the bottom of the ninth to lose it.  Hannahan finished the game with three hits and two RBIs to lead the way for the Hens at the plate.
