Dallas Trahern continued his great season with his sixth win of the season in Erie’s 3-2 win over Trenton.  He gave up just two runs on five hits and two walks with two strikeouts in seven innings of work.  Trahern sports an impressive 1.99 ERA at Erie and while his strikeout rate isn’t really high, his groundball/flyball ratio is very impressive (3.54/1).  He’s also given up just one homerun 51 2/3 innings between his seven starts at Erie and his one start at Toledo.

Jeff Larish was the hitting star.  He went two for four with a double and an RBI.
