I was just wndering about Duane Below. He is an old friend, not a close one but somebody i played sports with in high school in football. He graduated a year ahead of me at Britton. I was wondering how he is doing and how he has been looking, as the minor leaguers are harder to keep track of.

Andrew thank you again for the insight into baseball and players. I’m glad to hear you are doing better both mentally and physically. I have enjoyed seeing you on the mound and in the stands this season. I wish we as fans could do more for you guys like we did when the minor league hockey team was in town. We were able to interact with the guys much more i.e., taking them to church, golfing or just having them around the house for family time. I’m so glad you family and fiance came down to see you. Thanks again

Andrew thank you again for your insight into the game and the players. I wish some of us fans (STH’s and fan club) would be allowed to do more for you guys to help make you feel at home. I know when the minor league football and hockey team were here we as fans were able to help out with the players. Taking them to church, golfing or just sitting around a home with us. Again thanks, and I’m so glad you are doing better mentally and physically. As they say there’s nothing like home and I’m glad your family came down to see you.

thanks for answering my question, i used to pitch and really liked to throw alot, never had a hard pitch count but knew my limit. I think pitch count can hurt as much as help, i liked to get real stretched out and throwing only 45 pitches a start didn’t help so i threw a session on the next day to if possible. I don’t know the if this helped but i felt better the more i threw.
