The GCL Tigers played their final game of the season as they lost to the GCL Blue Jays 7-2. Christopher White went two for two with a walk and Orlando Rodriguez went two for four with a run.
Aaron Fuhrman took the loss and he fell to 2-7 on the season. He gave up seven runs on six hits and three walks with one strikeout in 3 2/3 innings.
Carlos Ramirez singled home Orlando Rodriguez in the bottom of the thirteenth as the GCL Tigers beat the GCL Braves 5-4. Earlier in the ninth, Eric Harryman belted a solo homer to tie the game up and send it into extra frames.
Santo Mieses improved to 3-3 on the season with the win. He struck out one in an inning of shutout relief.
The GCL Tigers took care of the GCL Braves in an 11-4 win. Orlando Rodriguez went two for five with a double and four RBIs. Christopher White also had a great game and he went four for six with a homerun and three runs.
Jonathan Kibler improved to 3-2 on the season. He gave up four runs on seven hits with four strikeouts.
Orlando Rodriguez belted a huge three run homer in the eighth inning to push Oneonta to a 6-2 win over Vermont. Kody Kaiser had another nice game with a single, a run and three walks while Cory Middleton went three for four with an RBI and a run.
Mark Brackman pitched 4 2/3 shutout innings but he was pulled before he could get a decision (and the game was still scoreless at that point). Collin Mahoney gave up a run in 1 1/3 innings and he picked up the win.
Alfredo Figaro was roughed up by Tri-City and he fell to 0-2 since joining Oneonta in their 6-3 loss. He gave up six runs on seven hits and a walk with four strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
Ron Bourquin went two for four with a run. Orlando Rodriguez went just one for four but he drove in two and scored a run.
