Thad Weber improved to 2-2 on the season with an exceptional start in the Flying Tigers 5-0 win. He gave up two hits and three walks with six strikeouts in six shutout innings. Lester Oliveros didn’t allow a hit in the final two frames to complete the shutout.
Audy Ciriaco went two for three with two RBIs and a run. Kyle Peter went two for three with an RBI and two runs while Andy Dirks singled, drew two walks and scored twice.
Emmanuel Miguelez went the distance as the White Caps took care of the Loons 5-1. He gave up just a single run on six hits and two walks with six strikeouts.
Joseph Tucker went two for five with a two run homer. Kyle Peter went two for five with two RBIs and a run.
Mauricio Robles improved to 4-1 on the season with a very nice start in the White Caps 6-1 win over Wisconsin. He gave up just two hits and two walks with four strikeouts in six innings.
Kyle Peter went two for three with two RBIs and a run. Kody Kaiser didn’t get a hit, but he walked twice and scored a pair of runs.
The White Caps lost to Burlington 6-0 in a game where the offense completely sputtered. Kyle Peter walked three times and that matched the number of hits the White Caps offense had. Cory Middleton had the lone extra base hit with a double.
A nice start by Jonathan Kibler went to waste. He gave up one run on four hits and two walks with one strikeout in six innings. For his efforts, he dropped to 9-4. Wilton Garcia was shelled for five runs in his 1 2/3 innings of relief.
Roger Tomas singled home Kyle Peter in the top of the ninth inning and that turned out to be the game winner in the White Caps 5-4 win over South Bend. Ron Bourquin had a nice day at the plate and he doubled, drew two walks and drove in a run while Tomas finished with two runs and two RBIs.
Wilton Garcia picked up the win and he improved to 2-1 despite the tying run scoring on him. Noah Krol pitched a perfect ninth and he picked up his fifth save of the season.
The White Caps had a tough time at the plate and they were held to just six hits in a 2-1 loss to the Wizards. The lone run of the game came on a solo homer in the fifth inning by Adrian Casanova. Kyle Peter was the only White Cap with two hits.
Lauren Gagnier had a nice start go to waste. He fell to 1-4 and he gave up two runs on six hits with seven strikeouts in seven innings.
Noah Krol blew his first save of the season and he gave up a pair of runs in the ninth inning in a 2-1 loss to Kane County. To his credit, a throwing error by Roger Tomas on a bunt in the ninth inning didn’t help things.
Kyle Peter went two for four with a walk, a double and a run. Joseph Bowen singled, doubled, drew a walk and scored.
Lauren Gagnier had an exceptional start and he improved to 1-2 in the White Caps 6-1 win over Wisconsin. He gave up three hits and two walks with eleven strikeouts in six shutout inning.
Kyle Peter went three for five with a double and three runs. Joseph Tucker went four for five with a run and an RBI.
The White Caps got back on track with another win in a 9-0 beatdown over the Loons. Alfredo Figaro gave up three hits and two walks with seven strikeouts in six innings.
There were plent of hitting stars but leadoff hitter Kyle Peter was a notch above the rest. He went three for three with two walks, three RBIs and a run.
Onenta came back from a 2-0 deficit to take a 3-2 lead only to give it up in the final frames to lose to Mahoning Valley 6-3. Justin Henry homered and drove in two runs while Kyle Peter went two for three with a run.
Paul Nardozzi took the loss and he fell to 1-1 on the season. He gave up two runs in 1 1/3 innings.
Guillermo Moscoso was perfect in a fantastic start in Oneonta’s 6-0 win over Bavaria. He faced just the minimum 27 and he struck out seven and the win pushed his record to 3-0 on the season.
Christopher Carlson had just one hit but with his double, he scored a run and drove in two. Kyle Peter doubled and drove in two runs.
