Jacob Turner Strikes Out Nine, Throws Six Shutout Innings In Erie Win

The SeaWolves treated their fans to a win in their home opener and they did it with some drama.  With the scored tied 2-2 in the bottom of the ninth, Brayan Holaday singled home Justin Henry to win it with two outs. Michael Bertram had the best day at the plate in the 3-2 win.  He went two for three with a double and a walk.

Jacob Turner had a really nice start.  He pitched six shutout innings and he struck out nine.  Lester Oliveros threw two shutout innings and while he allowed an inherited runner to score, he held on to pick up the win.
